This place is a hostal mess. Customer service is weak, and they lack business etiquette in so many ways. Hard pass-I will not be using them in the future.

The review clearly already stated that “I will not be using them in the future” already, but thanks for making my point clearer. You want the other side of the story, Tristen Grey? You were extremely hostile over a accidental dispute charge that was explained to you and fixed. You took a small issue and made it huge all because you were more concerned about your money then actually finding a resolution first. I hold nothing back to people like you. And my college absolutely did not say he would return to NO-BS. Do not plan on seeing any future business their either. You’re digging a hole for the world to read and my points were clearly made.
