A link you paid for should still be there next year. We check every placement weekly, and when one breaks we fix it. Here is exactly what that means, including the parts that are not covered.
Our monitor runs weekly and checks nine different failure states, including the quiet one most vendors miss: a link that is still on the page but has been switched to nofollow. Commercially that is the same as taking it down, so we treat it the same way.
Refunds are per placement, not per order. One bad link out of ten does not mean re-litigating the whole invoice. Claims can be raised up to 30 days after the 12 months ends, and each placement carries one remedy.
The guarantee covers our delivery. It does not cover things that happen on your side or outside the placement itself:
Guest posts, link insertions, listicles and digital PR placements are covered, and so are the placements underneath managed, campaign and white-label orders.
Press-release syndication and directory listings are not covered, and we would rather say that here than bury it. Those links are nofollow by nature and there is no editorial placement to keep alive, so a live-link promise would be meaningless on them.
We will tell you honestly what we think good placements can do for a site. We will not promise you a ranking, a traffic number, a DR movement on your own domain, or a citation in an AI answer. Those are decided by Google and by the models, not by us, and any vendor guaranteeing them is guessing with your money.
Find the same placement on the same publisher cheaper somewhere else and we will beat that price by 5%. Send us the seller, the site and the price within 7 days of your order. A public price page, a written quote or an invoice all count.
It has to be genuinely the same thing: same publisher, same placement type, comparable link type and content length, and a price you could actually obtain today. Auction and clearance pricing, bundles with no per-placement price, and anything from a private blog network are all out. So is stacking it on top of a volume discount or an entry-tier price.
And if beating the price would put the order below what the placement costs us, we will tell you that straight instead of pretending. We would rather lose an order than quote something we cannot honour.
Everything runs through in-app support: guarantee claims, refund requests, price-beat claims and billing questions. Your dashboard is where our team receives them, records them and answers them, and where you can see the status of one you have already raised.
