This role is ideal for someone with experience selling marketing services, SaaS platforms, or advertising solutionsto marketing teams, agencies, and online publications. You’ll need to understand technical marketing concepts and have the ability to communicate value to a sophisticated buyer base.
We operate in a fast-paced, marketing-focused environment, and this role requires someone who is proactive, strategic, and hands-on. You’ll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, running discovery calls and demos, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships — owning the full sales cycle from start to finish.
We are looking for a long-term hire who is motivated by growth and uncapped earning potential.
Base salary: $30k – $45k USD (based on experience)
Uncapped commission structure on top of base salary
Source and generate new leads through outbound prospecting and networking
Manage the entire sales process, from outreach and presentations to negotiation and deal closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that align with client needs
Track pipeline, maintain accurate CRM data, and report on sales performance
Represent the company at virtual and in-person events to expand reach and generate new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product, and operations
Proven experience selling marketing-related products or services — such as SaaS platforms, advertising, SEO tools, or agency services
Background in technical marketing sales or selling to marketing professionals
Experience selling to marketing agencies or online publications (required to detail the type in application questions)
Ability to own the full sales cycle — generating leads, running meetings, closing deals, and managing accounts
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Based in a US or EU time zone for overlap with our clients and team
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Organized, process-driven, and results-focused
Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo
Prior experience managing strategic partnerships or enterprise accounts
Experience selling into B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses
